Reverend Frank Bostic, a devoted spiritual leader hailing from Buffalo, New York, has intricately woven the tapestry of his life with the divine threads of faith and pastoral commitment. From his early years, he found solace and purpose in the profound experiences of his spiritual journey, firmly believing in the transformative power of faith as a guiding force in his life.

In 1995, Reverend Bostic commenced his spiritual odyssey, finding his anchor at the Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Buffalo, under the esteemed guidance of the late Rev. Dr. Robert E. Baines Sr. Recognizing the Holy Spirit at work within the young Bostic, Rev. Dr. Baines became not only a spiritual leader but also a mentor, shaping the foundations of his faith and call to the Gospel preaching ministry of Jesus Christ.

Answering that call to ministry in 2003, Reverend Frank Bostic delved into the Pastoral Care Ministry Program at Houghton College in West Seneca, New York where he completed his 3-year certification. His pursuit of knowledge led him to the National School of Theology in Dover, Delaware, where he earned a Master of Religious Studies degree in January 2012. Currently enrolled in the Pastoral Care, Counseling, and Psychology Program at Trinity College and Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana, Reverend Bostic is on a relentless quest for a Master of Divinity degree. In his earlier educational journey, he attended the University of Tennessee on a Basketball Scholarship in 1987 and transferred to Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar Mo. 1988-1990.

As a Certified Dean and Instructor of the National Baptist Convention U.S.A. Inc. Vice President at Large of the Baptist Ministers Conference of Buffalo & Vicinity, Treasurer of the Great Lakes Missionary Baptist District Association, and Chaplain of Western New York Law Enforcement, Reverend Bostic wears the mantle of leadership with humility, grace and commitment.

For the past twelve (12) years, his stewardship at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church has witnessed both spiritual and physical growth, a testament to his inspiring pastoral leadership.

Under the guiding principle of “Keep Jesus First,” Reverend Bostic has motivated the congregation to transform their lives and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

Adding to his list of accolades, Reverend Bostic now holds the esteemed position of Vice President at Large of the Empire Baptist Missionary State Convention of New York Inc. solidifying his commitment to advancing the mission of faith, commitment, and community servanthood.

Land/Real Estate Development

Reverend Bostic, formed PMBC Bostic Corporation several years ago with the primary focus of acquiring and developing land for mix-use (Residential and Commercial) purposes. Under the corporation, and in partnership with PHL Investment Trust based in Florida, Rev. Bostic is leading the development and management of a 40+acre plot of land in upstate New York. While the new development is his first Residential development effort, he is constantly consulted by others to assist with land-use feasibility for inner-city projects. The upstate New York venture will be the first of its kind in that geographical area, as it will consist of Custom Design Homes, Senior/Veteran Housing along with Commercial entities within the common-area complex such as Gift Shop, Satellite Pharmacy space and Club House rental space for in-house Residents and the local Community at-large.

Reverend Bostic has assembled a dynamic team for this development effort, valued at an estimated $150M. His team consists of a well-known and established Architect and Engineering firm located in Buffalo, NY that has been providing professional services (ex. Civil/Structural Engineering and Planning) since 1956. A respected Attorney Firm with 35+ years, providing legal representation, and a Residential and Commercial Design Team with over 25 years in the industry with numerous completed projects within the U.S. For this venture, Rev. Bostic and his team has expanded well over $575k in start-up costs (Land Surveys, Design Plans, Environmental Assessments, Engineering Reviews etc.,), and initial infrastructure construction such as paved roads, drainage, utilities, and other facilities infrastructure components valued in excess of $1.2M respectively.

National Recording Artist/Songwriter

Reverend Frank Bostic, is recognized as a National Recording Artist. Rev. Bostic’s first single release “Keep Jesus First” under the Talent Room Entertainment & Publishing (TREP) label/brand immediately put him on musical charts beginning in 2021. During the 63 rd Annual Grammy Academy season, his first ever musical release/project was considered in 3 respective categories (Best Gospel Performance, Best Gospel Song and Best Spoken Word/Sermon).

He continues to build a valuable musical catalogue, as evidenced by his sophomore release titled “Where IM From”. His music continues to be played around the U.S. and Internationally which keeps his style and positive messages well within the musical spectrum and continues to climb industry musical charts. In addition, to Rev. Bostic’s self-investment into elements such as production cost, studio time and musician support, his musical repertoire is currently assessed at just over $300K and growing

Fruit Belt United is dedicated to the preservation, empowerment, and enrichment of the historic African-American neighborhood known as the Fruit Belt in Buffalo, New York. Nestled within the city’s vibrant tapestry, the Fruit Belt holds a rich history that dates back generations, serving as a testament to resilience, community strength, and cultural heritage.

Reverend Frank Bostic sponsor’s over $200,000.00 a year in programming fund’s, that includes programs such as Pilgrim Family Fest Concert, Youth Basketball, Youth Cheerleading & Adult Health Workshops. Reverend Bostic’s Main Dedication & Commitment is the stop of Gun Violence & bringing Black Health Awareness Mental & Physical Health Disparities in the African-American Community Throughout Western New York.
